We are seeking a Cheese Skilled Relief Operator to help us continue our successful trend in the global cheese and nutrition markets through quality of product and food safety at our Tracy, California production facility.

We Hope You Have:

• Obtain State of California Sampler and Weigher License, Weighmaster License, and Pasteurizer License
• Will know, learn, and understand how to operate, monitor, and manage process
• Departments team participation, GMP audits, behavior sampling, safety audits
• Have complete understanding of vat operations to control cheese quality
• Know start-up operational and shut down procedures
• Understand the operation and objective of cheese making through fermentation tanks, mixing and extruding
• Be able to successfully complete the Plant Standard Operating Procedure and Technical Knowledge Assessment for all jobs assigned
• Will be trained on chemical strength, temperature and sanitation
• Be able to lift 50 pounds to add salt and dry products to dry mixers.
  • Rating 2 -50 pound bags per hour

You Have At Least (Minimum Qualifications):

• Must be able to meet shift/schedule requirements
• Must be willing to work necessary Overtime as needed
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be able to speak, read, write, and comprehend basic English language
• Must be able to perform essential job functions of position with or without reasonable accommodation
