LEM Warehouse General Labor

We have temporary positions available through December 31, 2025, due to plant closure. Employees meeting required criteria will receive a retention bonus in December 2025.

We have a Warehouse position that assists the warehouse and warehouse operators in all tasks and functions that are performed within the scope of the Warehouse operation. 

• At all times, operate material handling equipment in a safe operating procedure and in accordance with all company policies, regulations and OSHA requirements.
• Tasks to include: loading/ unloading cheese or whey products, ingredients, or supplies, good housekeeping standards, inventory control, company and regulatory GMP’s
• Assisting in clerical tasks such as making out customer fill orders for cheese shipments, maintaining all load out operator paperwork, trailer inspections product movements, pallet exchange forms and receiving documents

• Experience in shipping, warehouse and inventory operations in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Must be minimum of 18 years of age
• 1 year sit down and/or .5 years stand up forklift experience within the last 5 years.
• Ability to work any shift, weekends, holidays, and possible overtime.
• Ability to work in cooler/freezer (up to -10 degrees Fahrenheit
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift, access elevated work areas and wear required PPE
• Must be able to obtain a forklift operator’s certification within 30 days.

Salary Range: $29.51 to $33.16 per hour to start.
