FTM GRD rework Operator

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

• Understand and calculate percentages
• Must be able to accurately detail plans and product usage
• Ability to perform essential functions of the position
• Demonstrate high proficiency GMP adherence
• Demonstrate leadership skills/experience
• Schedule flexibility to move to assist where the current rework opportunity needs exist
• Good verbal/written communication skills and communicate with all levels of employees
• Knowledge, skills, and abilities (technical skills and aptitude, problem solving ability, applied and continuous learning, quality orientation, safety awareness, working effectively with others)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Designed to be the primary planning, scheduling, and executing person for the reworking of problem product
• The key elements of this position are to maximize the opportunities to reduce the inventory of problem cheese by executing a developed plan without jeopardizing product quality or SOI
• All other duties as assigned.

This is a Night shfit position
