MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Be able to work weekends, holidays, and off-shifts

Ability to perform essential functions of the position

Must understand/adhere to Standard Operating Procedures

Position requires proper sanitation of dry mixers, Allen salter wake shaw pumps, extruders in the cheese production.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

The brine attendant must be able to read and follow directions (i.e. the hazardous chemical labels). No prior experience is required; knowledge for the brine attendant position can be acquired on the job such as learning to operate the portable/stationary foaming units. All other duties as assigned.

The incumbent must be in close proximity of operators without interfering with the production process. The jobholder will understand good manufacturing practices, sanitation standards, and safe work practices when working with hazardous chemicals.

-Foam & clean red belts, conveyors, hi-speed scale.

-Foam & clean walls, floors and brine tanks. 

-Change out brine filters.

-Assist in mixer shutdown & setup mixer room for CIP.
