Within our Denver corporate headquarters, we are seeking a Supply Chain Analyst (Procurement & Production) to drive our organization to even greater heights in supply chain efficiency and growth. As The Official Sponsor of Hard Work®, Ascent is looking to grow their marketing team to deliver smart and efficient marketing across their social & email platforms. Ascent is a wholly owned subsidiary of Leprino Foods Company, the world’s largest producer of mozzarella cheese.

 

At Leprino Foods, starting compensation for this role typically ranges between $68,600 and $80,600. This position has an annual target bonus of 5%.

 

  • Oversee Ascent Co-Packer operations, ensuring efficient utilization of production capacity to optimize finished goods inventory, fulfilling customer orders economically and effectively.
  • Lead all planning activities, collaborating with internal teams to support production needs and requirements while ensuring proper KPI reporting.
  • Align co-packer procurement strategy with production requirements and maintain supplier relationships to mitigate disruptions and impacts on costs.
  • Manage raw material inventory effectively to prevent unaccounted material write-offs and minimize financial impact.
  • Coordinate finished goods receipt, storage, and distribution, including setting up orders through 3PL network in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Partner with the Innovation team to support growth and expansion, providing data-driven analysis on supply chain costs affecting margins and launch timelines.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.

 

You Have At Least (Required Qualifications):

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Operations Planning, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or production operations planning.
  • The ability to work a weekly 3/2 (office/home) hybrid schedule.

 

We Hope You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • Experience in dairy or related food industry supply chain management.
