Within our Corporate Cheese Sales team located in Denver – Leprino is seeking a Senior Sales Manager (Foodservice) to move our organization to an even larger level of cheese growth! This role can also be based in Chicago, Michigan (Grand Rapids or Detroit), Milwaukee, and Columbus.

 

At Leprino Foods, starting compensation for this role typically ranges between $126,000 and $155,000. This position has an annual target bonus of 15%.

 

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with broadline foodservice distributors.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing distributor accounts and prospect for new business in the foodservice sector.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement go-to-market strategies and new product rollouts.
  • Use data-driven insights to develop compelling business reviews and presentations that drive customer action.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and promotional programs with distributor partners to maximize profitability and sales volume.
  • Partner with distributor sales teams to educate and promote Leprino’s product portfolio to end customers.
  • Train and mentor junior sales representatives to build organizational capability and enhance team performance.
  • Lead strategic account planning efforts to align distributor objectives with Leprino’s growth goals.
  • Ensure alignment with Leprino’s pricing guidelines, cost structures, and business objectives.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

  • Ten (10) years of progressive sales experience working with foodservice/broadline distributors.
  • Pizzeria foodservice sales experience
