Part Time Custodian

Within our Corporate Information Technology team located in Denver – Leprino is seeking a Part Time Custodian to move our organization to an even larger level of dairy ingredient and nutrition growth! At Leprino, the compensation for this role is $18.81. This position has an annual target bonus of 3.5%.

What You’ll Do:

• Clean and maintain all common areas, including the reception, lobby, hallways, break rooms, kitchen, conference rooms, and restrooms.

• Tidy and refresh individual offices and workstation areas using company equipment and products.

• Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, wiping partitions and fixtures, polishing mirrors and counters, vacuuming carpets, dusting surfaces, and cleaning glass.

• Respond to cleaning requests from various departments with a helpful and friendly attitude!

• Follow safety procedures carefully while using cleaning products and equipment.

• Alert your manager to any safety concerns or broken equipment that needs attention.

• Secure offices and the corporate building at the end of shifts, including setting alarms and locking doors.

• Support special projects and assist maintenance staff as needed to keep our facility welcoming and comfortable.

• Occasionally help with exterior cleaning to ensure timely completion of larger projects.

• Work closely with other teams and departments while performing daily duties—building positive relationships along the way!

You Have At Least (Required Qualifications):

• A high school diploma or GED.

• Experience performing both general and detailed office cleaning.

• The ability to read, write, and understand English.

• Familiarity with operating cleaning equipment and machinery.

• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

We Hope You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications):

• Experience in a corporate office or similar professional environment.

• Additional training or certifications related to janitorial or custodial services.

• Familiarity with using industrial-strength cleaning products safely and efficiently.
