DEN Teflon Technician

Within our Teflon Technical Services team located in Broomfield, Colorado – Leprino is seeking a Teflon Technician to move our organization to even larger levels of success in dairy ingredient and nutrition innovation! At Leprino Foods, starting compensation for this role typically ranges between $25 and $29 an hour. This position has an annual target bonus of 3.5%.

Responsibilities:

• Unpack and dismantle cheese and whey production equipment, preparing each piece for maintenance.
• Meticulously repair, pre-bake, blast, apply Teflon, polish, and package stainless steel equipment parts.
• Assist in the upkeep of shop tools, forklifts, and vehicles, contributing to a well-maintained work environment.
• Support building maintenance tasks including landscaping and snow removal, ensuring operational excellence.

You Have At Least (Required Qualifications):

• High school diploma or GED.
• A year of experience in fabrication, maintenance, or mechanics, showcasing your mechanical aptitude.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

We Hope You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications):

• Additional certifications or training in maintenance or a related technical discipline.
• Two years or more of experience in a maintenance role.
