Senior Manager, Plant Utility Systems & Technical Compliance
Within our Corporate Technical Services and Continuous Improvement team located in Denver - Leprino is seeking a Sr. Manager of Technical Compliance and Operational Support to help drive efficiency, push the boundaries of innovation, and optimize our production processes all while help minimizing our global environmental footprint.
At Leprino, starting compensation for this role typically ranges between $139,100 and $170,000. This position has an annual target bonus of 15%.
The Sr. Manager of Technical Compliance and Operational Support is the key compliance oversight and program leader in the technical safety arenas of Process Safety Management (PSM), EPA Risk Management Plan (RMP), CUP (CalARP), and Department of Homeland Security (DHS). They provide guidance and direction to our production facilities to ensure proper compliance and optimal operation of our power and utility organizations. They develop, modify, and execute strategies, policies, and standard operating procedures to maximize performance. They are a key technical people developer in this arena. They develop and implement dashboards and audits to ensure effective execution for operations and maintenance of our powerhouses.
- Key Technical Regulatory Compliance Leader for all US Leprino Facilities with regards to PSM, RMP, CalARP, and DHS.
- Coach & Deliver Sustainable and External Agency Audit Ready Technical Compliance Programs.
- Develop/modify PSM, RMP, DHS & CalARP audits, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with newest established governmental requirements.
- Develop/modify Power and Utilities policies and procedures.
- Develop, execute, and sustain power and utility performance dashboards, including water chemistry, PSM/RMP compliance, etc.
- PSM - Mechanical Integrity Leadership and ITM MPMS Sustainability.
- Provide on-site support as needed for projects, equipment inspections, and operational upsets.
- Develop and execute company-wide training and development program for technical compliance leaders and power and utility operations.
- Develop, modify, or enhance regulatory and operational databases that ensures compliance and optimizes operational performance in the Power & Utility area of our organization.
You Have At Least (Required Qualifications):
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or another technical discipline, or equivalent relevant work experience
- 8+ years of engineering experience.
- 3+ years of refrigeration/ammonia experiences.
- 2+ years of leadership/people development experience.
- Extensive knowledge in environmental regulatory compliance in commercial industrial operations.
- Ability to manage projects independently, and travel to Leprino sites as needed to support projects and regulatory compliance activities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
