DEN Associate Director, Accounting
Within our Corporate Finance team located in Denver, Leprino is seeking an Associate Director, International and Consolidation Accounting to elevate our global accounting processes and support the integration of Leprino Europe into our ERP system! At Leprino Foods, starting compensation for this role typically ranges between $152,000 and $190,000. This position has an annual target bonus of 15%.
- Provide recommendations for global accounting policies!
- Coordinate alignment of local policies with LFC standards!
- Support development of global accounting processes!
- Oversee transfer pricing and intercompany accounting!
- Serve as the SAP integration project lead!
- Coordinate with external auditors for international subsidiaries!
You Have At Least (Required Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting!
- 10+ years’ experience in accounting and finance roles!
- At least five years of leadership experience!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills!
- Ability to travel internationally up to 15% of the time!
- The ability to work a weekly 3/2 (office/home) hybrid schedule.\

- Demonstrated ability to lead high-performance teams!
- Proficiency in SAP systems and financial reporting!
