Within our Ascent team located in Denver, Leprino is seeking a Customer Experience Analyst to elevate our organization's customer journey! We're passionate about enhancing experiences, resolving issues promptly, and meeting customer needs effectively. As The Official Sponsor of Hard Work®, Ascent is looking to grow their Customer Experience team to deliver a seamless and positive customer journey from initial interest to post-purchase support. Ascent is a wholly owned subsidiary of Leprino Foods Company, the world’s largest producer of mozzarella cheese.

 

At Leprino Foods, starting compensation for this role typically ranges between $64,000 and $76,000. This position has an annual target bonus of 5%.

 

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries.
  • Monitor communication channels, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Execute replacement orders, process refunds, and create discount codes to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to enhance website and user experiences.
  • Develop customer-centric strategies to boost satisfaction and retention.
  • Analyze customer interactions and KPI data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address issues affecting customers.

 

You Have At Least (Required Qualifications):

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, customer service, or related field; or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Experience with ERP systems/ SAP preferred
  • Experience with ecommerce software/ Shopify preferred
  • The ability to work a weekly 3/2 (office/home) hybrid schedule.

  • Master's degree in communications, customer service, or related field
  • Experience with Gorgias or similar customer service platforms
  • Experience in off-site Marketing events
