Custodian On Call

What You’ll Do:

• Clean and maintain the Leprino corporate office building, including reception, lobby, hallways, break rooms, kitchens, conference rooms, restrooms, offices, and workstations.

• Offering $18.81 an hour for this role.

• Use company equipment and cleaning products to sweep, mop, empty trash, clean glass, polish surfaces, vacuum carpets, and dust regularly.

• Respond to cleaning requests from various departments with a helpful and positive attitude!

• Follow detailed safety procedures when handling cleaning products and equipment, ensuring your safety and the safety of others.

• Notify your manager of any broken equipment or unsafe conditions and help correct them promptly.

• Secure the building by activating alarms, locking offices, and ensuring all safety protocols are followed at the end of your shift.

• Assist fellow maintenance team members with special projects and occasional exterior cleaning as directed.

You Have At Least (Required Qualifications):

• A High School Diploma or GED.

• Prior experience with general and detailed office cleaning.

• Ability to read, write, and understand English instructions and safety guidelines.

• Skilled in using cleaning machines and tools safely and effectively.

• Strong interpersonal skills to work cooperatively with others while maintaining a professional environment.

We Hope You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications):

• Experience in a corporate office setting.

• Familiarity with industrial-strength cleaning products and procedures.

• Previous experience assisting with facility security or safety protocols.
