Description: 

LeGrille Café is a fast casual restaurant located within the corporate headquarters of Leprino Foods right in the Lower Highlands neighborhood of Denver. For the last twenty years LeGrille and its wonderful staff have provided breakfast, lunch, and catering services to the 500+ employees that call the headquarters home.

 

Schedule:

  • On Call - Typically 25 hours per week
  • Monday through Friday
  • 8 am to 1:30 pm

 

Starting compensation for this role typically ranges between $15.90 and $17.49. 

 

  • Prepare and cook a variety of food for the cafeteria at the Corporate Company headquarters on a regular basis and for special guests and events.
  • Clean, sanitize, and disinfect all kitchen areas in accordance with daily health and safety standards.
  • Utilize dish washing equipment including the dish washing machine; stores, stacks, pre-rinses, and cleans all filters and dish washing equipment.
  • Maintain a safe and hygienic working environment, including accurate storage of food, supplies, equipment, and utensils.
  • Assure compliance with food hygiene regulations and food safety laws.
  • Follow instructions on industrial strength chemicals to ensure that they are handled accurately while following safety precautions and procedures.
  • Advise supervisor of potential safety hazards and follow all company and emergency procedures to correct issues.
  • Coordinate and execute other special food or event request responsibilities as requested by supervisor.

 

You Have At Least (Required Qualifications):

  • At least one (1) year of experience in the food service industry.
