Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Clerk V

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Times TBD with Hiring Manager.

Wage: Based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stocking levels through proper order releasing of purchased direct materials. This includes sending out approved purchase orders, receiving confirmations and following-up on deliveries.               
• Maintain vendor data through SAP system. Work with corporate purchasing for timely & proper set up of new suppliers. Ensure that pallets are released in SAP on timely basis to ensure outbound loads are allocated accurately, completely, and on time.                            
• Evaluate stocking levels of direct materials on timely basis. Frequency to be determined using ABC analysis with input from Materials Manager.
• Communicate effectively with co-workers and department management.
• Ensure all shipping paperwork is accurate, timely, and complete. This includes BOL’s, COA’s, and all other required documents.
• Coordinate and reconcile all cheese sales returns to the Allendale facility in a timely manner. This includes inbound loads from other Leprino facilities.
• Provide back up for plant production scheduling function and receiving function.

• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Must be able to read, write and perform basic mathematical functions in a fast paced environment
• Must be able to operate personal computer software, AS400, as well as other office equipment
• Familiarity or ability to learn SAP or similar integrated manufacturing system
• Must be able to communicate effectively with other employees of Leprino Foods as well as outside suppliers, customers, etc.
• Requires a high degree of accuracy while doing multiple tasks
• Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing
• Must be able to support 24/7/365 operation
• Must be 18 years of age or older
